Plastic Bag Reduction and Recycling Program

The City of San Antonio, the Texas Retailers’ Association, Keep San Antonio Beautiful, and major area retailers have joined in a collaborative effort aimed at reducing the use of plastic bags, increasing plastic bag recycling, and increasing the use of reusable bags throughout the City of San Antonio.
