Development Services Division

The Development Services Division of the City Attorney's Office is located at City Hall and is led by Deputy City Attorney Norbert Hart. This division provides advice and performs legal services for the following City departments and offices: CIMS, Historic Preservation, Information Technology Services, Office of Environmental Policy, Planning & Development Services, Public Works and Solid Waste.
